Defined requirements
The work is described in writing so both sides understand what is included and what is not.
Delivery
Projects are documented through an agreed scope of work, quotation and service agreement. Timescales and outcomes depend on the nature of the work, the information available and decisions made during the project.
This sequence keeps the commercial and technical steps in order. It does not set a fixed timescale or a promised commercial outcome.
You tell us about the process, system or website you need. We review the information and confirm whether the work is a suitable fit before going further.
We work through the operational details: users, data, workflows and constraints. The aim is a shared understanding of the problem before any build work begins.
We prepare a written scope of work and a quotation. Work proceeds only once the scope, quotation and service agreement have been agreed.
We design the interface and build the software in line with the agreed scope, keeping you informed as the work progresses.
We test the solution against the agreed requirements, address issues identified during testing, and deliver the system for your use.
After launch, support can continue under an agreed arrangement covering maintenance, troubleshooting and further development as required.
The points below describe how we keep a project organised. They are working practices, not promises of a particular commercial or technical outcome.
The work is described in writing so both sides understand what is included and what is not.
Larger pieces of work are divided into stages that can be reviewed as the project moves forward.
You receive updates during development so questions and decisions can be handled in good time.
The system is checked against the agreed requirements before it is handed over for use.
Changes outside the original scope are written down, quoted and agreed before additional work starts.
Support after delivery is available where it has been included in the service agreement.
Send an enquiry with as much context as you can. We will review it and recommend an appropriate next step.
